Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the BastionGlass platform ("GlassQuote Pro"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are using the platform on behalf of a business, you represent that you have the authority to bind that business to these Terms.
2. Description of Service
BastionGlass provides a cloud-based customer relationship management (CRM) platform designed for automotive glass replacement and repair businesses. The platform includes quoting, scheduling, invoicing, inventory management, and related tools.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Free Trial
New accounts receive a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. At the end of the trial period, you must select a paid subscription plan to continue using the platform. We will not charge you without your explicit consent.
5. Subscription and Payment
Paid subscriptions are billed on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to active subscribers. Payment processing is handled by Stripe, Inc., and is subject to Stripe's terms of service.
6. Your Data
You retain all ownership rights to the data you input into the platform. We will not access, use, or share your data except as necessary to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, or as described in our Privacy Policy. Each business account operates in an isolated tenant environment.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the platform
- Use the platform to store or transmit malicious code
- Interfere with or disrupt the platform's operation
8. Service Availability
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice. We are not liable for any downtime, data loss, or service disruptions beyond our reasonable control.
9. Termination
You may cancel your account at any time. Upon cancellation, your data will be retained for 30 days to allow for export, after which it will be permanently deleted. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BastionGlass shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dallas County, Texas.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify active subscribers of material changes at least 30 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
